Capilano field is closed due to frozen turf–

The Ice Blacks battle Mt. Terror Rugby Club in Antarctica with the volcano Mt. Erebus in the
background. Ice didn’t stop this rugger match — the world’s southernmost.

It was on. It was off. Now it’s on again.

The Thirsty Thirds will play tomorrow in the Bowl Final of the fall season. The Match has been switched to John Oliver Park in Delta as the fields at Klahanie Park have been closed because they are frozen.

The Thirsties (4-4) face the Brit Lions “B” squad at 1 p.m. The Brits (2-3) nearly doubled up the Surrey Beavers last week running out a 37-22 victory at John Oliver Park.

Klahanie Park is closed so the 3rd division games have been moved to John Oliver Park.

3RD DIV. SCHEDULE NOV. 23 AT JOHN OLIVER PARK

1:00 p.m. Rowers vs. Brit Lions “B” – Bowl Final
1:00 p.m.  Capilano “A” vs. Brit Lions “A” – Plate Final
2:30 p.m. Capilano “B” vs. Kats – Cup Final
