Following the runaway success of the 2015 VRC World Cup Tour to France, England and Wales, and the 2019 VRC tour to the World Cup of Rugby in Japan, the VRC Rugby Section is proud to announce a highly anticipated tour to the 2023 World Cup of Rugby in the South of France!
